Returns and refunds

Every piece is engraved to order with words you chose, which means we can’t resell it to anyone else. For that reason engraved items are not returnable, and we’d rather say that here than bury it.

If we got it wrong, that’s different. Wrong verse, wrong spelling, a fault in the piece, damage in transit — tell us within 30 days and we’ll remake it or refund you in full. You won’t need to return the original.

If it arrived late for the occasion, tell us. We’ll make it right.

If something has happened and you’re simply not able to keep it, write to us anyway. We’d rather hear from you than have you stuck with it.
